About

I am an oncologic surgeon specializing in general surgery, with particular expertise in venous vascular access. Since 1999 I have served as University Researcher at the Department of Surgical Sciences, University of Turin, where I coordinate clinical, teaching and research activities at the forefront of vascular access medicine. I was the only Italian speaker at INS 2025 (Las Vegas, USA), and I coordinate care for more than 7,000 patients per year.

Internationally recognized expert in the placement and management of vascular access devices (PICC, PORT, CVC, Midline, Thigh PICC). Coordinator of the CVC Team, with 800+ placements per year and ~7,000 patients managed.

Specialization in oncologic surgery, with particular focus on gastrointestinal tract tumors, colorectal surgery and retroperitoneal sarcomas. Multidisciplinary approach and innovative techniques.
